Do you do emergency electrical repairs after hours?

Yes. If something goes wrong and it can't wait, give us a call. We're available 24/7 for real electrical emergencies and we'll get someone out to you as fast as we can.

Is the quote actually free?

Yes, completely free. We'll come take a look, figure out what needs to be done, and give you a clear price before any work starts. No pressure, no obligation.

Do you warranty your work?

We do. We stand behind everything we install and repair. On top of that, any parts or equipment we use come with the manufacturer's warranty as well, so you're covered on both ends.

How do I know if my electrical panel needs to be replaced?

A few things to watch for: breakers that keep tripping, lights that flicker a lot, or not having enough power for things like an EV charger or new appliances. If any of that sounds familiar, give us a call and we'll come have a look.

Do I need to be home while the work is being done?

Not always. We can work it out depending on the job. For homes, we'll sort out access with you beforehand. For commercial properties, we're happy to work with whoever manages the site.

Can you deal with our strata or property manager directly?

Absolutely. We've worked with plenty of strata buildings and property management companies. We know how to communicate with them, follow the rules they need followed, and provide the paperwork they usually ask for.

Do you take care of permits and inspections?

Yes, we handle all of that. We pull the permits, make sure everything is done the right way, and coordinate the inspection at the end. You don't need to worry about any of it.
