System Uptime
99.2% Reliability
What is commercial EV charging?
It's the power setup that lets your employees, customers, and fleet drivers charge their EVs at your property. We build it to handle what you need today and grow with you over time.
Built for business
Commercial EV charging isn't just plugging in a single outlet. We design the whole system around your property's electrical capacity so everything runs reliably without overloading your panel.
Scalable from day one
Starting with two stalls but planning for twenty? We future-proof every installation with properly sized conduit, panel capacity, and wiring so adding more chargers is fast and cost-effective.
Compliant and covered
We pull every permit, coordinate all BC Electrical Code inspections, and handle utility coordination. Your business is protected, your insurance is valid, and your installation is done right.
Is it worth the investment?
More EV drivers are choosing where to shop, eat, and work based on where they can charge. Adding stations now puts your business ahead of that shift.
Your property becomes the destination.
EV drivers pay attention to where they can charge when deciding where to shop, work, or grab a meal. Getting your stations in before the competition means you catch that business first and keep people on-site longer.

Liability protection
Permitted, inspected, and BC Code-compliant installations protect your business from liability and keep your commercial insurance fully valid.
Property value boost
EV-ready properties are easier to lease and tend to attract better long-term tenants. Most owners find the chargers pay for themselves faster than expected.
How we do it
Here's exactly what happens from the first call to the day your chargers go live.
Tell Us Your Site
A quick call or message is all it takes. Tell us about your property, your parking setup, and roughly how many vehicles you need to charge. We take it from there.
Free Site Assessment
We come out to your property, check your panel, figure out the best spots for the chargers, and measure the cable runs. Then we send you a clear, fixed-price quote.
Permits & Planning
We handle all permit applications, BC Electrical Code documentation, and utility coordination. You stay focused on your business while we take care of the paperwork.
Professional Installation
Our certified team handles the full install: dedicated circuits, load management, cable runs, and weatherproof connections. Everything is done to BC code.
Inspection & Handover
We schedule and manage all required inspections, then walk your team through how everything works, including how to add more stations when you need them.
Ongoing Support
Once your chargers are live, we don't disappear. We're here for questions, future expansions, and any other electrical work your property needs.

Commercial EV Charging Questions
Common questions about commercial EV charging, from load management and permits to costs and adding more stations later.
How many EV chargers does my commercial property need?
It depends on your property type, how many vehicles come through on a typical day, and when the busy periods are. A retail centre needs something different than an office building or a fleet yard. We come out, look at the site, and tell you exactly what we'd recommend, including room to add more later.
What is load management and why does it matter for commercial properties?
Load management is software that spreads your available electrical capacity across all the chargers based on what's actually being used. Without it, you'd need a big panel upgrade to handle every charger running at full speed at the same time. With it, you can install more chargers without nearly as much electrical work, which saves a lot of money upfront.
How long does a commercial EV charging installation take?
One to three stalls usually takes one to three days. Bigger jobs with underground conduit runs, panel upgrades, or larger multi-stall systems take longer. We scope those out properly beforehand and give you a clear timeline so you know what to expect.
Do you handle BC Hydro coordination and utility upgrades?
Yes, completely. If your commercial property requires a utility service upgrade to support the additional load, we coordinate directly with BC Hydro throughout the process. We manage all paperwork, scheduling, and technical requirements so your team doesn't need to navigate the utility process alone.
Can we charge customers or employees for using the EV chargers?
Yes. We set up the chargers with network software that handles user login, usage tracking, and payments. You can offer free charging, charge cost-recovery fees, or set it up to generate revenue. Whatever works for your business, the software can handle it.
What charger brands do you work with?
We don't have a preferred brand. We work with all the major manufacturers including ChargePoint, Schneider Electric, ABB, Siemens, Eaton, and others. What we recommend is based on what fits your site, your network needs, and your budget.
Is a permit required for commercial EV charger installation?
Yes, it's required. All commercial electrical work in BC needs permits and inspections. We handle the whole process including the application, any required drawings, and the final inspection. It keeps your insurance valid and makes sure everything is done to code.
Can you install EV chargers in underground parkades?
Yes. Underground parkades need extra planning around how the conduit gets routed, ventilation, and waterproofing. We've done a lot of parkade installs and know what's involved in getting them done safely and up to code.
What happens if we need more chargers in the future?
We plan for expansion on every install. The conduit is sized to handle more circuits later, the panel has room to grow, and we keep full records of what was installed and where. Adding more chargers down the road is usually pretty straightforward.
Do you service and maintain commercial EV chargers after installation?
We're still here after the install. If a charger goes down, a breaker trips, or something isn't working right, give us a call and we'll get out there fast. We also do check-ups to catch small issues before they turn into bigger ones.
