What is the difference between Level 1 and Level 2 EV charging?

How long does it take to set up a home charger?

Do I need a permit to install a Level 2 charger at home?
Yes, you do. But don't worry, we handle all the permits and paperwork for you. Every job has to be checked by an inspector to make sure it's 100% safe. This also keeps your home insurance valid and follows all the local rules.
Does my electrical panel need an upgrade first?
Not always. We'll check your electrical panel for free to see if it can handle the new charger. Many homes are already set up to handle it with no extra work. If you do need more power, we'll let you know right away and give you a fair price for the upgrade.
What EV charger brands do you install?
