Your electrician in construction, from first plans to final inspection
Builders, developers and owner-builders bring us in to handle the electrical side of new homes, additions and commercial projects. We plan around your schedule and the other trades, then take the work from rough-in to a closed permit.

Licensed electricians
Where we fit on your construction project
Whether you are a builder, a developer or building your own home, electrical work runs through every stage of the job. We plan our part around your schedule and the trades already on site.
New homes
We plan the service size, panel location, circuits and lighting for new houses, then wire them from rough-in through to the final inspection.
Commercial and mixed-use builds
For commercial shells, tenant spaces and mixed-use buildings, we work from your drawings and equipment specs to plan power, lighting and distribution.
Additions and major renovations
Adding a floor, a suite or an extension? We check whether the existing service can carry the extra load and plan new wiring that ties in properly.
Bring the electrician in early
Electrical decisions made late in a build are harder and costlier to change. Talking to us while the plans are still on paper helps keep the job moving once crews are on site.
Plan the service before you pour
Service size, meter location and conduit routes can affect the foundation and framing. We review the plans early so the electrical layout is ready when the site is.

Fewer surprises at inspection
We file the permit, book the rough-in and final inspections and keep the work ready for each one. The permit office depends on your city, and we know who to deal with.
Work alongside your other trades
We coordinate with your site super or general contractor around framing, insulation, drywall and mechanical work, so the rough-in happens at the right time.
How we do it
Every build is different, but the electrical side usually follows these stages.
Review the drawings
Send us your plans, schedule and any equipment or appliance specs. We review the electrical scope and ask our questions early.
Price and plan
We quote from the drawings and agree on the schedule, site access and who is responsible for each item.
Permits and utility
We apply for the electrical permit and help coordinate the service connection with the utility.
Rough-in wiring
Once framing is ready, we run the wiring, boxes and conduit, plus temporary power if it is part of our scope.
Inspection and finishing
After the rough-in inspection, we return once the walls are finished to install devices, fixtures and panels.
Final and handover
We test the system, pass the final inspection and hand over the closed permit and a labelled panel.
